RK Nauthiz Rune cant be create

Rune Knight Nauthiz rune cant be create even after i have the require item in inventory..

before the update i can create the rune, but now i cant..

here the image show Nauthiz Rune i manage to create before the update..

i even manage to ask other player to try to create it but he also cant create it..

ok anyone here know the correct item that is needed to make the rune?

yes i know its work because before this update i have make about 100++ Nauthiz Rune..
but when i try to make it yesterday i got error saying that i cant create the rune yet even after i have all the correct item..

i even ask one player(Mizuki Himeji) to help test make it for me but he also cant make it..

and according to RMS(link), ingredient for making Nauthiz Rune is;

Destroyed Armor(Item ID# 7069)
+
Worn-out Magic Scroll(Item ID# 7099)
+
Light Granule(Item ID# 7938 )
+
Elder Branch(Item ID# 7939)

i hope anyone out there know any other ingredient than this to share it with me..
